All eyes on 2016; choose unblemished bets

/ 02:00 AM January 03, 2015

As the new year unfolds, politicians, especially those gunning for the presidency, are already all eyes on the 2016 elections, testing the political waters with all kinds of political noise. Controversial issues, such as graft and corruption, will surely dominate the political landscape this year and hereon.

Filipinos will again be at the losing end as politics heats up with charges and countercharges from rival camps. This early, Filipino voters should be more discerning in choosing their president. They should vote for one with an unblemished record in public service, who is God-fearing.
