Rethink ruling on curfew, Supreme Court told

TO DETER criminality, curfew should be reimposed in Metro Manila, especially in the major cities of Manila, Quezon and Navotas.

The Supreme Court should reconsider its earlier ruling granting last July 26 the petition of Samahan ng Progresibong Kabataan for a temporary restraining order.

Specific rules or guidelines should be laid out on the do’s and don’ts for minors below 18 years old so as not to restrict their movements, notably in Metro Manila.

Let’s unite and support the Duterte administration in curbing criminality in our country today, not “sabotage” it. After all, we will all be winners, not losers, if President Duterte wins his battles against all forms of shenanigans in our midst.
