Kim as that rare public official: trustworthy
Conrado de Quiros’ March 6 column (“Death and taxes”) once again showed his gift as a public opinion writer. It was clear and without bias.
I must say, however, that my impression (I am confident many share the same view) of Bureau of Internal Revenue Commissioner Kim Henares as one of our few trustworthy and hardworking government official remains.
