Lhuillier not a party in land case

/ 09:04 PM November 07, 2013

This refers to Ramon Tulfo’s column titled “Envoy in land row” (Metro, 10/8/13).

We are contesting the facts alleged in the column on the ground that they are misleading. Tulfo or the Inquirer itself should check the facts against the official records of Civil Case No. 18578, which was consolidated with Civil Case No. 88-1169, involving Meleneo Mendoza and Roberto Santos, of which neither PJ Lhuillier Corporate Centre Inc. nor Ambassador Philippe Lhuillier is a party.

Should Tulfo need further clarification on the matter, he can get in touch with us through the following: direct line—(02) 898-3946; trunk line—(02) 895-1777 local 1719; telefax—(02) 898-3945;
