Doyo is right: PH world’s most bullied nation

/ 08:48 PM May 26, 2013

We seldom buy newspapers but on May 23 my son, Ron, came with the day’s Inquirer issue in hand. I started reading the paper and suddenly I was reading Ceres Doyo’s column (“Becoming the world’s most bullied”). I liked the column and I praise Doyo for her opinion. I agree that we are the world’s most bullied nation.

In this same newspaper, I also read the article “Fishermen pay price of sea disputes” (Page 1, 5/23/13). Frankly, I am very bothered by the bullying of China and I became angry upon learning that China has sent more air, naval and paramilitary forces to our very own Panatag Shoal.

I hope to read more good columns from Doyo. Actually, I want to find a long and lasting solution to this problem of our country.
