No response on request for SSS verification

I requested a manual verification regarding my monthly contributions beginning September 1972 through January 1976 when I was with Johnson & Johnson Phils.; and then from February 1976 to December 1989, while I was with Wrigley Philippines Inc. These monthly contributions were not included in the reconciliation of my monthly retirement pension.

My request was endorsed last March 29, 2011 to Gloria A. Cepe who is with the Social Security System in Diliman, Quezon City. Despite my follow-up letters sent last July 12, 2011 and Nov. 23, 2011, the SSS has not responded, or at least informed me, regarding the status of my request.
