Existing SSS loans not even applied for

I am a very poor domestic helper, 42 years old. I am a member of the Social Security System, Sorsogon branch.

The last posted payment of my contribution was in June 2011. Having paid for 129 months, I tried to apply for a loan but I was refused. According to the SSS, I have a salary loan of P14,530.45 and a calamity loan of P24,216.89.

I have never applied for a loan. There is something wrong here. Please help me.
