Urgent help needed for Cagayan Valley
Please take a look at the devastation wrought by flooding in Cagayan Valley. While local government units are extending a helping hand to the flood victims, the assistance is still not sufficient, perhaps due to limited resources and inadequate capacities.

As the water continues to rise, Magat Dam in Ramon, Isabela, also released water on Dec. 6 at 7 a.m., adding more to the anxiety of flood victims as they struggle for their lives.
