Ideal candidate for president

05:14 AM September 02, 2019

I was extremely pleased as I watched the local news to see that Vice President Leni Robredo has not ruled out running for president in the 2022 elections.

She brings excellent credentials to the position, having survived these last harrowing years as Vice President. Her honest and practical approach sets her apart from any other potential candidate.

As well as being an extremely intelligent lady, she has shown great and compassionate concern for the people, and her willingness to listen to their problems is commendable.

Our Vice President always has a smile on her face and never loses her temper when her opponents try to bait her. Her initiative and drive are exactly what are needed for the Philippines to progress in the coming years.

FEATURED STORIES

Over these past weeks, the public and I have had the
opportunity to observe and evaluate the perspectives and agendas of the various potential candidates.

Leni Robredo’s honesty and clear insight into our country’s problems and needs are phenomenal, and her willingness to examine the issues and listen closely to the public’s questions and concerns sets her far apart from the other candidates’ expected techniques and talk.

Thus, with proud enthusiasm, I am expressing my support for her campaign and will spread the word to others about the value of her policies and talents. She is very honest, reliable and willing to work the long hours needed for this position.

I am confident that Leni Robredo will succeed as president of this country.
