Brewing mayhem

/ 05:10 AM October 12, 2018

With the wanton killing of elected officials, members of law enforcement agencies ambushed and judges shot at, I have this nagging query: Is the Philippines going to be a nation of “disorder and piss”?

There is an influx of undesirable aliens entering the country; “shabu” laboratories are sprouting like mushrooms. But how is it that the immigration bureau, for “lack of manpower,” is dependent on other agencies to monitor the comings and goings of unwanted foreign nationals?

It seems Cabinet members are not working in sync; to each his own? Congress is tinkering with the Constitution, particularly the succession provision in case the president becomes indisposed to carry out his mandate.
