Pilferage along Gil Puyat Avenue

The frequent pilferage of electrical wiring on lampposts along Gil Puyat Avenue from Edsa to Mayapis Street should be investigated by the city government of Makati.

Who are the people or individuals responsible for the rampant stealing of electrical wiring in the Makati Central Business District?

This portion of Gil Puyat Avenue should be flooded or ablaze with lights and not dimly lighted as it is today. Motorists, pedestrians, commuters and, most specifically, office workers have a hard time groping their way to their destinations in complete darkness as night falls.

As the Philippines’ financial center, Makati should prioritize at once this nagging problem of pilferage in this part of the city.
