Remembering each other in prayer this Christmas
As we prepare to celebrate Christmas and usher in the New Year 2016, may we remember each other through this prayer:
Dear God:
We believe in the power of prayer. We believe that when it is sincerely said, it will bring godly changes. We pray then for our people and our country.

We pray for the gift of leaders who can unite us as a people.
We pray that our leaders be world-class, of strong faith and character, of wisdom and compassion and sound morality.
We pray that these leaders be aware of their responsibility to the people, to our country and to You as our God.
We pray that You heal our wounded nation and forgive our social sins.
Finally, we pray that You bless our country, the Philippines.
We have faith in You, Lord Jesus, that through the intercession of Mama Mary, my prayer will be granted.
Amen.
