SSS-Tarlac, head office runaround

/ 04:23 AM July 21, 2011

My claim was filed with the Social Security System-Tarlac in 2007. The claim arises from the employment of my late husband, Felino Franco (SSS No. 02-0129132-0) with the Central Azucarera de Tarlac from 1972 to 2003.

At first my claim was left unattended for three years. Now I am being given the runaround by SSS-Tarlac and the Medical Department at the SSS central office in Diliman, Quezon City.

Because of the hardship I am going through, I am requesting SSS to act on my claim immediately. I hope this letter will call the attention of SSS’ top management to my plight.
