Vandalism rioting in Metro Manila

Vandalism is again on the upsurge in Metro Manila.

Public and private properties are not spared from vandals defacing walls along our major and minor thoroughfares.

From the road leading to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, not to mention Edsa and Taft Avenue, one can’t fail to notice all forms of vandalism.

The Metro Manila Development Authority and the local government units concerned should put their act together and strictly implement the law and put an end to vandalism once and for all.
