To build or to destroy?
Merriam-Webster defines the transitive verb build as “to form by ordering and uniting materials by gradual means into a composite whole”; and destroy as “to ruin the structure, organic existence, or condition.”
It is obvious to which absolute divorce falls. And when a marriage is destroyed, the family is destroyed and so with the whole of society.
As the great St. John Paul II says: “As the family goes, so goes the nation and so goes the whole world in which we live.”
