Jobs for Filipinos, not foreigners

05:01 AM March 11, 2019

As a new graduate, I find that landing a job is such a struggle. So the news about the influx of foreign workers bothers me, as this will only worsen my situation.

Is it reasonable to sacrifice us over those who were born, educated and raised in, and who swear allegiance to, other countries?

This is my country. I would like to be in a healthy competition with my fellow Filipino jobseekers, but it’s a shame that I have to push my way in with all the illegal foreign workers.
