Infuriating one-on-one

05:03 AM October 02, 2018

Dear Ms Ceres Doyo,

I never fail to visit the Inquirer website daily and get rewarded every time your column appears. Your “Mythbusting a mythomaniac” (Opinion, 9/27/18) is another such reward.

Let me say that the recent infuriating one-on-one between Bongbong Marcos and Juan Ponce Enrile, with the pack of lies both tried to get away with, is merely another vomit, among numerous atrocities, in this crude dispensation.

While I am at it, recently, too, was it not “pepe-dede (ralismo)”? Now it’s tête-à-tête (pronounced the usual way the Filipino, who knows nothing of French, does).

FEATURED STORIES

Forgive my own vulgarity — just expressing outrage at the rancidness of it all.

May your hurling the slings and shooting the arrows straight and true be unremitting.
