Right decision for Mindanaoans

I want to congratulate Congress especially those who voted for martial law extension in
Mindanao. I believe that our lawmakers made the right decision for Mindanaoans. It is not easy to live in a place where safety is endangered every day because of threats from different terrorist groups.

The one-year extension of martial law could give our Armed Forces the chance to eliminate terrorist groups once and for all. It will also give way to progress and development in Mindanao.

I am positive that the purpose of the extension will be successfully realized as long as our law enforcers will fulfill their mandate professionally and honestly, and the people of Mindanao will cooperate with our government forces.
