I am for the reinstatement of the death penalty if the first Filipino person it is handed to lives in Forbes Park, has a net worth of at least P1 billion, and is defended by a top law firm (like Accra Law). But if it is first meted out to a low-level, malnourished squatter/pusher with a kindergarten education from Leveriza Park, Pasay City, and defended by a public attorney, then no way, José (or Duterté)!
