New Bilibid Prison exposé: Who is De Lima kidding?

SEN. LEILA DE LIMA keeps harping that it was she who exposed the anomalies in the New Bilibid Prison in December 2014. De Lima was appointed justice secretary on July 2, 2010. That’s four years and a half in office before her “exposé.”

What took her so long to act on the sordid conditions inside the prison when she and her driver had been allegedly visiting the place all through those years?

Who is she kidding?
