Duterte deserves no respect for ‘beastly comment’

Anyone who does not condemn Mayor Rodrigo Duterte’s beastly comment about the Australian missionary woman who was raped and murdered in a prison cell in Davao City in 1989 deserves no respect.

In a YouTube clip, Duterte is shown relating the ordeal of the victim while she was visiting prisoners in that Davao prison cell as part of her humanitarian mission. Duterte said the victim was a very beautiful woman who looked like an American actress, and he lamented that he (Duterte) was not the first one to have sex with the victim.

This bastard—excuse me for being brutally frank—has no right to occupy any position in government, let alone the office of the Philippine president.
