After ruling on Poe case, ‘quo vadis,’ SC?

Quo vadis, Supreme Court? The Supreme Court is now a ruined institution, and no further damage can be done by any of the justices openly speaking about what happened when the decision on the case of Sen. Grace Poe was arrived at.

I have really nothing against Senator Poe. But the truth should free the Supreme Court of the belief that it  has betrayed public trust and committed a culpable violation of the Constitution.

As a law practitioner, I can see at least two glaring procedural lapses:

1) When Justice Mariano del Castillo was tasked to write the ponencia, the presumption was that there was already an agreement to disqualify Poe; and 2) I do not remember any instance when the the result of the voting was immediately announced to the public prior to the formulation of the decision.

So why the rush? Will any one of the justices speak up?
