THE so-called black propaganda being leveled at Vice President Jejomar Binay—and for which Abogado ni Binay was hastily organized by top-caliber lawyers led by former Integrated Bar of the Philippines national president Vicente Joyas and Apollo (Alpha Phi Omega Lawyers League Organization) secretary general Carlos Mayorico Caliwara (“Binay camp vows to sue foes behind black prop,” Front Page, 2/27/16)—is either late in coming or unnecessary.
Whatever “dirt” had been thrown at Vice President Binay has reached its saturation point and, having been consistently ignored, is no longer of much consequence.
What the Vice President needs pronto is a pricey spinmeister to counteract ABB (Anybody But Binay) which is fast-becoming viral as election day nears.
But, of course, former interior secretary Ronaldo Puno and cohorts have already been hired by the Binay camp to map out its campaign strategies.
