Ramon del Rosario Jr.’s article, “The Aquino administration: a year after”
(Inquirer, 7/16/11) citing President Aquino’s concrete achievements, complete with statistics during his first year in office, negates the claims of his critics that he is a do-nothing President and that his one-year-old presidency is lackluster.
As Del Rosario clearly stated “if year one was a period for laying the foundations of sustained and inclusive growth, we expect the Aquino administration to take us to the next level of effective implementation in year two.” Indeed it would be foolish to start building anything without first establishing a firm foundation.
Instead of criticizing and finding fault with P-Noy, including his love life, let every Filipino extend to him a helping hand in his untiring efforts to bring peace and happiness to every Filipino home.
