‘Anticrime’ Duterte should start with himself

If presidential aspirant Rodrigo Duterte really means to stamp out crimes, he must start with himself. He boasts he has two wives and two girlfriends.

I do not know if he married both wives. If he did he is guilty of bigamy (Article 349 of the Revised Penal Code).

He boasts of two girlfriends. This could subject him to penalties under Articles 333 and 334 of the Revised Penal Code. He has admitted that he does cohabit with them and even boasts about it in the open.
