Like Wallace wants, yes, let’s be angry—at LTO

/ 12:10 AM July 17, 2015

Yes, I completely agree with Peter Wallace’s “Get angry” July 9 column. Please allow me to add that none of these unbearable traffic all over the metropolis would have happened if only the people at the Land Transportation Office diligently did their job. The “fixing” in the issuance of drivers licenses is costing our country way too much. But I guess these people don’t give a damn.

Think about it. Had the LTO been strict in issuing drivers licenses, just like its US counterpart is, we won’t have any of those undisciplined, unclean and uneducated public utility drivers. Ergo, no traffic.

I reiterate that the LTO people are to blame for this malaise. They should be held accountable. At them, yes, I’m angry.
