Steadfast faith leads to an ‘eye miracle’

Thank God! My eyes were completely healed during the Eucharistic Healing Mass that Fr. Joey Faller officiated in the morning of May 17, 2015, a Sunday.

Sometime ago, my left eye vision got blurry, with a black shade at the upper corner. Forthwith I consulted an eye specialist who, after examining it, told me that I had an eye stroke. He said that had the stroke hit my heart I would have been totally paralyzed. He did not give any medical prescriptions except an eye drop.

Fermin for consultation with another eye doctor. The doctor did nothing except to let us know about his displeasure with our decision to go to another eye doctor.

Meanwhile, we continued to hear the Eucharistic Healing Mass every Sunday morning without fail.

Last month, my right eye vision also became blurry and whenever I trained my eyes on an incandescent lamp at night, I would see rays of light. I thought then that I would go blind in a matter of days.

At noon one Friday, I took a nap while viewing a program over ABS-CBN television but I was awakened by a noise coming from our screen door where I saw two Spanish nurses, complete with caps and uniforms, entering the door. One was approaching me and looking at me and the other was heading to the dining table when both of them suddenly disappeared.

The following Sunday, May 17, we attended the Eucharistic Healing Mass of Father Faller on ABS-CBN, as has been our wont. During his healing prayer I placed both hands over my two eyes as instructed, and lo and behold, at the end of the prayer, when I removed my hands, everything was clear! I couldn’t help but shed tears and thank God for the miracle.
