Work on Skyway unmasks inconsiderate management
We all use the Skyway to get from A to B as fast as possible, and we pay a high price for that privilege.
If there’s an accident or road work, we expect and accept delays. One Saturday afternoon on the Skyway, there was a huge traffic jam coming from Alabang and Naia 3. Accident? Road work? No. Skyway management decided to remove advertising banners from lampposts and blocked off large sections of the road for incoming traffic, thereby delaying hundreds of motorists.
Next time, perhaps management could be a little more considerate and remove their advertising banners early on a Sunday morning and thus considerably reduce the inconvenience. Or is that asking too much?
