Crooked gov’t system misleading Filipinos

Are the Filipino people being made to systematically pursue their own destruction?

Is our government imposing lies, disguised as rules, that mislead the people? Our established systems and methods have noticeably driven the people into materialism, which always has been known to lead to decadence/human deterioration. Haven’t the people been placed in the hands of deceivers who indulge in excesses for selfish gain, as the widening gap between the rich and poor indicates? Can’t the leaders see that the increasing annual national budget does not even alleviate Philippine poverty, while the selfish needs of all functionaries in the system are well provided for?

Can’t we see that people are mentally conditioned to accept erroneous behavior (confusion/unruliness) in Western-inspired materialism? Didn’t the Arroyo and Aquino presidencies “sway” with the VFA (Visiting Forces Agreement) in violation of the Constitution? Well, the colonial mentality didn’t do us any good precisely because it violated our freedom (Eastern spirituality) and it now threatens to disrupt Asean unity and productivity. P-Noy’s deal with the Americans did get in the way of our dreams of peace and security: The US military presence in our country puts us in danger of being drawn into conflict, as it in fact did in the Middle East.

Specifically, P-Noy’s subservience to America’s aggressive stance is a bad sign that someone is being paid to allow it. P-Noy may be his father and mother’s son but he is neglectful of the people’s need despite his “daang matuwid.” Indeed, public suspicion is strong that the Janet Napoles anomaly was made possible in close collaboration with the Department of Budget and Management, both chambers of Congress and Malacañang. After all, why the big budgets that only serve the rich while the poor suffer?

Perhaps, all Filipinos must realize the crookedness in our government: Drug lords are found lording it over in prison, and our police and jail systems are in hot water. It appears that higher-ups in government knew and allowed the crimes in exchange for bribes.

Will P-Noy admit his failures notwithstanding the economic success in the past two years?
