Corrupt public servants “ply their trade” at the expense of Filipino taxpayers who pay their salaries. Hence, the last sentence of their oath of office—“So help me God”—must be replaced with “To God be the glory” so that God will not appear as their accomplice.—T. B. ABAYAN, MNSA, [email protected]
