‘Resolve SSS claim asap’

/ 06:09 AM July 18, 2011

My husband, Virgilio L. Alfonso (SSS No. 02-0060193-7) got injured in 2002 and was granted partial disability thereafter. On Jan. 1, 2004, he had a CVA (cerebrovascular accident). In 2006, as the surviving spouse I filed for permanent total disability (PTD) under PD 626, ECC law.

Until now the claim is still with the SSS Tarlac branch. A motion for reconsideration filed on March 24, 2011 remains unacted upon until today. The SSS has to understand my situation. Naghihirap ako sa buhay. I am asking the SSS Tarlac branch to help resolve my claim promptly.
