We are working, not with the Rizal provincial government, but with the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (Penro) of the DENR. The Penro is headed by Raymundo Crisostomo. We hope however that the former and all other local governments will also promote this undertaking to beat the fast increasing global heat.
