Adaptable Pinoys suffer from P-Noy’s procrastination

/ 12:01 AM March 10, 2014

I assume Filipinos have adjusted to the horrible traffic that the “road link” construction is causing. But then again that’s what Filipinos do best and do often: adjusting to the difficulties that their government imposes on them.

President Aquino, in his haste to have some sort of accomplishment during his presidency, is cramming infrastructure projects into the latter half of his term, and the Filipinos who live in and around Metro Manila have to deal with and suffer the results of his procrastination. Up to this point, the Aquino administration has made no major gains or achievements in Philippine infrastructure,  so instead of working on it little by little to avoid traffic chaos, it is simultaneously doing everything now.
