Day of reckoning will come for family of bullies

/ 08:41 PM December 25, 2013

What a horrible experience it must have been for the poor security guards manning the Banyan-McKinley gate in Dasmariñas Village, Makati City, after an encounter with the hooligans of Mayor Junjun Binay. These poorly paid security personnel who were just implementing a security protocol were hauled to the police station for offending the sensibilities of a bully political family.

Shame on Mayor Binay for even showing his face to the poor guards and confronting them while violating a village protocol. He thinks he is too big for small rules.

We will remember this among other similar incidents as yet another impunity story of the Binay family, who have grown so rich and powerful they want nothing less than a palace for an office. As it is in everything, all (good or evil) things must come to an end. There will be a day of reckoning for bully tactics! The mayor should have apologized to the lowly guards who get very little for confronting big egos.
