Pacquiao shows mettle inside Congress’ session hall

Interpellating a veteran lawmaker takes a lot of courage. The courage shown by Representative Manny Pacquiao of Sarangani was commendable, given his educational limitations. This alone should make Manny a “supermodel on courage.”
