No action from Road Board after a year

What’s holding the Road Board of the Department of Public Works and Highways-Second Metro Manila District Engineering Office from replacing the busted streetlights along President Osmeña Highway, from Buendia overpass to Magallanes interchange, underneath the Skyway?

It’s over a year now since we raised our concern regarding the unlighted portion of the highway (Letters, Inquirer, 5/11/12).

The Road Board must bear in mind that the safety and convenience of passing motorists and pedestrians should never be sacrificed and totally ignored.
