THIS REFERS to the article appearing on page A-5 of the Inquire’s May 1 publication.

Please be advised that our firm’s engagement as counsel for the Philippine International Air Terminal Co. (PIATCo) was terminated on April 15, 2010, which was more than a year prior to the appointment of lawyer Michael G. Aguinaldo as the deputy executive secretary of legal affairs. PIATCo is now being represented by another law firm in all its cases.

We would appreciate your making this correction in an appropriate manner in your publication at the earliest possible time.
