MILF’s offer to help capture massacre suspects

THE MORO Islamic Liberation Front has agreed in helping the government look for the remaining Maguindanao massacre suspects who are still at large.  The offer was made by Ghadzali Jaafar, the Moro Islamic Liberation Front’s vice chair for political affairs. This shows that the MILF is sincere and willing to help the government.

It has been three long years since the massacre, but 92 suspects have yet to be arrested. In being able to stay outside the pale of law, they may feel more confident that they can get away with committing crimes and ultimately decide to become big-time guns for hire, that is, if they’re not yet.

Mindanaoans are praying very hard and hoping that with the help of the MILF, these suspects will be apprehended soon.  To this day, Mindanaoans mourn with the victims’ families.
