Unattended complaint vs Smart not MVP’s way

This is about a Smart Wimax device which conked out barely a month after installation. Even after many complaints, the company did not do anything about it. There are two units installed in the building where we hold office and both are not working, and the company did not do anything about the complaints.

Worse, Smart is billing us and pestering us to pay for the months our machine was not working.

The complaint of my wife is a matter of public interest and we are very sure what is being complained about here is not the way Manuel V. Pangilinan does business. We are sure some Smart executives mistakenly rolled out the Wimax device/service even though its reliability was not assured, and they are now trying to cover up their mistake.
