Discounts too for elderly aliens

Nathaniel R. Melican, in a letter, suggested that a law be passed, giving senior tourists discounts equivalent to those given Filipino senior citizens. (Inquirer, 3/30/12)

Indeed, why not give discounts to elderly foreigners who have been residing in this country for so many years on permanent status, contributing to Philippine progress? It’s only fair, right?
