Who’s afraid of the Ombudsman’s powers?

Only the corrupt need to fear the vast powers of the Ombudsman. Such powers are not to be feared of by anyone unless he/she intends to take part in corrupt activities in the future.

With her vast powers, the Ombudsman cannot convict; she can only investigate and accuse.
