Define one-man rule

Midnight Chief Justice Rene Corona says we are on the brink of one-man rule. Huh?

I would have thought one like him who worked for Macoy (Ferdinand Marcos) would have an idea what one-man rule means.

One like P-Noy (President Benigno Aquino III), whose father was arrested on Sept. 23, 1972, humiliated, degraded, etc. cannot be insensitive to what it means.

Macoy was the first but he was not the last Rene was to serve who treated the military as superior to civilian authority.
