Common sense, please

08:55 PM March 01, 2012

Due to lack of common sense, Maynilad Water, Cavite branch sent me a “Notice of Disconnection.” The main reason for this was: my bill for the month of January 2012 reached P163,583.74, while my average water bill from 2008 to 2011 was only P1,028.65 a month. In fact, my bill for February 2012 was only P222.28.

If Maynilad, Cavite branch had common sense, it would have figured out that no family in this world can consume P163,583.74 worth of water in one month.

May I therefore respectfully request Manuel V. Pangilinan to kindly instruct his people at Maynilad, Cavite branch that they use their common sense.
