Aquino asked to appoint right leaders for ARMM

I have witnessed the interviews and screening of those aspiring after OIC (officer in charge) positions in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao. I hope that President Aquino will adhere to the results of these interviews and the  screening process and give us here in the ARMM highly qualified officials who, aside from being college graduates, have no violent instincts.

President Aquino, please, have mercy on the people of ARMM. Give us the right leaders, people who are God-fearing, highly qualified and have no record of corruption. We need them to successfully institute reforms in the ARMM.
