Follow the dirty money
Need money for the Maharlika Wealth Fund (MWF)? Piece of cake if they take up my proposal.
First, I suggest that congressmen and senators who would vote for the wealth fund bill be required to invest at least P20 million from their personal funds to boost trust in MWF. Besides they have long fleeced the people of their hard-earned money it is time to give back what they stole.
Second, corrupt agencies of the government like the Bureau of Customs, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Bureau of Immigration, PhilHealth, the Department of Public Works and Highways, Philippine National Police, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, and government-owned corporations have a well of dirty money in their hands. Past and present heads of these agencies should invest at least P20 million.

So, lay off the P1,500 monthly pension of a widow of an SSS pensioner.
