Blended learning is the future

/ 04:02 AM January 04, 2022

The new normal educational landscape never falters to remind every educator that COVID-19 is a beautiful destruction in its own right. It unleashed the power of technology in a most unforeseen manner, such that the “old normal” became obsolete and plainly a piece of our educational history. There is no other way but to pursue blended learning.

This educational set-up sets itself apart from the traditional sense in the way that it intensifies the instant nature of time: Instructions can be delivered a click away, video-recorded materials are launched anytime and anywhere, and meetings can be held from the most bizarre locations.

Blended learning was devised as a way to work around the COVID-19 virus, but it has morphed into an endeavor that will drive the learning of tomorrow. It will be every educator’s friend, for it paves the way for more opportunities to meet the demands of the 21st century. It fosters utmost flexibility and resilience, and it will be our educational system’s way of life, way into the post-pandemic era.
