A ‘terror-stricken’ Bonifacio?

To Professor Ambeth Ocampo: Regarding the execution of Andres Bonifacio, in general I find the account of Makapagal plausible. But I have reservations that Bonifacio pleaded for his life when he was about to be executed. “Terror-stricken”? May revolutionary leaders bang duwag mamatay?
