It all boils down to leadership

/ 04:02 AM January 13, 2021

The move to revive the zombie-like Charter change issue is merely to distract the public’s attention from the P15-billion PhilHealth mess, mismanagement of the pandemic, killings by policemen, and other scandals under the Duterte administration.

Cha-cha amid a pandemic, despite our dwindling economy, more than 20,000 deaths from extrajudicial killings, a P272-billion deficit, a $500-million loan from the World Bank for emergency COVID-19 funds, etc.? Even if you have the best Constitution in the world, but you have the worst president in the solar system, we won’t progress.
