Sinas should resign

04:00 AM January 08, 2021

I enjoin netizens and ordinary Filipinos to call for the resignation of Philippine National Police chief Gen. Debold Sinas, after the PNP’s announcement of wrong information on the death of a flight attendant, in which the police said she was “gang-raped.” The result of the autopsy report revealed that the cause of death of Christine Dacera was ruptured aortic aneurysm, which can cause bruises. The PNP’s announcement has ruined the lives and reputation of 11 people. Now what is next? Sorry is not enough for the massive damage the police have inflicted on their lives.

I support the call for Sinas’ resignation. He is not performing his job well.
