Bad eggs in the PNP

/ 04:01 AM December 25, 2020

While the majority of police officers are good people who are sincere in serving their countrymen, it cannot be denied that there are also bad eggs within the Philippine National Police who abuse their position and their right to bear arms, just like Senior Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca who mercilessly killed two persons.

These bad elements within the police force are not afraid to kill or violate the law, because they have seen how the highest official of the land protects the killers of activists, lawyers, mayors, small-time drug pushers. These abusive police officers believe they can wiggle their way out as long as there are no videos or witnesses to their misdeeds, just like the police personnel involved in the thousands of arbitrary killings who are encouraged and rewarded by the Commander in Chief himself.
